3 cups all purpose flour
1 cup cocoa
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Put these six ingredients in large mixing bowl and mix well.
Add
1 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
¾ cup yogurt
¼ cup water
Blend well. Beat 4 eggs and blend into the mix. If mixture is too thin add flour, if too thick add a little water. Place on cookie sheets in cookie sized portions. Bake at 400 degrees F till done, 8 to 10 minutes.
Do not bake too hard, they are better on the soft side. Makes approximately 3 dozen whoopie pies. Spread frosting on bottom of cookie and sandwich two together to create a whoopie pie!
