For Centuries, these banding collars were a part of railing design for wrought Iron railings. After some brain-storming, looking at other tools, we developed a top of the line, best ever, banding collar tool. Instead of spending minutes clamping the collar into place, then hammering it over, we designed our own tool to very efficiently (about 8 seconds) wrap this collar around fence picket and scrolls. We have about 700 of these to do for a custom aluminum fence, so we will get a return on investment on this project. If anyone in the Ironwork community wants more information let us know.
